We have a dedicated officer serving as our Department’s Counterterrorism Coordinator, who remains in close contact with these partners. While there are no known threats to our area, we continue to take proactive measures to ensure the safety of our residents and visitors. People often ask what this means. Simply put, it’s about noticing anything unusual, whether it’s a suspicious backpack, an unfamiliar vehicle, or something else out of place. These are just a few examples, and we take all reports seriously.
